About In My Opinion

In My Opinion was launched in September 2013.  During its first year, IMO included over 45 articles. Originally, IMO covered a wide range of legal topics, including corporate transactions, litigation, sports & entertainment and criminal law.  In January 2015, IMO was relaunched as a Silicon Valley-based blog, covering transactions and lawsuits occurring in or affecting companies based in the Silicon Valley.

The Deals section covers mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions involving Silicon Valley-based companies. The Startups section covers news related to Silicon Valley-based startups.  Lastly, the Lawsuits section covers litigation involving Silicon Valley-based companies.

Where possible, each article will highlight the law firms involved in the underlying transaction or lawsuit.

Great new direction man. Makes sense to focus solely on Silicon Valley. Keep up the good work, it’ll take you where you want to go in your career.
